How do I update my restaurant profile?

Approved owners can prepare profile changes in their dashboard. 1. Sign in and select the correct restaurant. 2. Open Public Profile, edit the available fields and save your draft. 3. Review the preview. If Premium is active, use the publication control shown to make eligible changes public. Basic accounts: custom text, photos, menu and booking links, social links and FAQs remain private in your preview. Saving a draft alone does not publish them. The editor cannot change factual scores, issued awards or canonical identity/address. Send those correction requests to support with the venue URL and evidence.

Report incorrect details, a duplicate or a closed restaurant

Email [email protected] with: - The RestaurantAward profile URL or Restaurant ID. - The incorrect field and its correct value. - A reliable source, such as the restaurant’s official website. For duplicates, include both profile URLs. For closures, moves or a change of ownership, explain what changed and when. Do not use a different branch’s record. Corrections are reviewed; submitting a request does not guarantee an immediate update or a ranking change.

Why can I not find my restaurant?

Try its full name, another spelling, or the Restaurant ID from your owner report. Check the city and address, not just the business name. A restaurant may be absent because its record is not currently eligible for publication, information is incomplete, or it is no longer listed. Absence does not prove the business never existed or never received an award. Email [email protected] with the restaurant name, full address, official website and any previous profile URL. If the site reports a temporary error, retry later before treating it as a missing listing.

My restaurant is already claimed or ownership has changed

If you already manage the restaurant, sign in with the owner email linked to its claim. If ownership has changed or you cannot access that email, use the ownership-review option where shown, or email [email protected]. Include the restaurant’s profile URL, your role and a reliable way to verify your connection. A new request does not automatically transfer existing access. Do not use another person’s sign-in link or send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Why are my saved profile changes not public?

Saving a draft is not the same as publishing it. - Basic account: your custom text, photos, menu/booking links, social links and FAQs stay private in your preview. - Active Premium: use the publication control in Public Profile and check the public page after saving. Make sure you are editing the correct restaurant and location. If Premium is active and your published changes still do not appear, contact support with the venue URL and a screenshot. Claiming alone does not publish custom profile content.
