Saving a draft is not the same as publishing it.

Basic account: your custom text, photos, menu/booking links, social links and FAQs stay private in your preview.

Active Premium: use the publication control in Public Profile and check the public page after saving.
Make sure you are editing the correct restaurant and location. If Premium is active and your published changes still do not appear, contact support with the venue URL and a screenshot. Claiming alone does not publish custom profile content.
