Is claiming free, and what does Premium change?

Claiming your restaurant and creating an owner account are free. You do not need Premium to verify ownership. Premium is an optional upgrade for additional insights and presentation tools. The offer shown for your restaurant explains the features currently included and any access limits. Claiming or paying does not buy a ranking position, alter the scoring rules or create an issued award. Awards follow the published methodology. Review the live offer before purchasing; feature availability can differ from screenshots or older messages.

Where can I see Premium pricing and upgrade?

Sign in, choose the correct restaurant and open its Premium offer or subscription section. Before confirming a purchase, check: - The restaurant covered by the subscription. - The current price, currency and billing interval. - The features included and any renewal terms shown. Use the price displayed in your current checkout, not an old email or screenshot. If you manage several locations, check the coverage for each one. For a billing question, contact support with the restaurant URL and purchase reference, but never full card details.

How do I manage a subscription or payment problem?

Sign in and open the relevant restaurant’s Subscription section. Use the billing-management options shown there to review your status, renewal information and available changes. Before cancelling or changing a plan, read the confirmation screen for the effective date and effect on access. Refund eligibility and any offers depend on the terms shown for your subscription; do not assume cancellation automatically creates a refund. If a payment failed, you cannot open billing, or the status looks wrong, email [email protected] with the restaurant URL and purchase reference. Never send full card details.
